For Agencies: Workspaces to manage separate accounts and logins for customer

By extension of this, allow the Teams function to have Teams/members be assigned to a Workspace (i.e. if I have a Team that is dedicated to a specific account, only allowing them access to those accounts, rather than all of the agency accounts.)
