Nextcloud Integration for Media Library

It would be great to add native Nextcloud integration as a supported storage provider for the Media Library, alongside existing integrations such as Google Drive and Dropbox.
Nextcloud is one of the most widely used open source cloud storage platforms and is adopted by businesses, educational institutions, governments, and individuals who prefer self hosted or privacy focused file storage.
