Feature Request: Improved Post Approval Workflow The current approval process doesn’t meet our needs. We need the ability for post creators to assign specific reviewers. Reviewers should get automated notifications—email or in-app—that a post is waiting. Relying on people to “go check” doesn’t work. We also need a commenting feature so reviewers can leave feedback or request edits. Once approved, the reviewer should be able to confirm or adjust the publish date/time. Optional rules for default reviewers would be a bonus. This feature would reduce errors, improve collaboration, and ensure accurate, timely posts. It would have a major positive impact for our team.
