Yes, there needs to be a much stronger way to handle the approval process, from notifications to the actual function of approving. Currently, when you click on "Needs Approval," you have to click on the post, read it, then click on the pencil, and finally click "Approve." It would be faster if I could review it and hit "Approve" in one step without opening it to execute the posting. Additionally, I understand that many people don't want to be inundated with notifications every time a post requires review, but I think that comes with the program. I need to know when my team has set something up for review. Remembering to do it every day is not very functional or efficient.
